Founder of Çelikel Company, deceased Hamit (Master) saray, has
realized the first production of classical type dough kneeding
machine with forked arms in the year 1957.
He has begun to give his engraved service for Turkish
breadproducers by his machines munafactured in the workshop of
Çelikel Company in 1958, alt hough it vas a delayed service. The
founder, takes is older son, Refik Saray into his service first,
but later on he takes his ther sons, Sadri and Orhan Saray into
his service, then after training his sons in accordance with
good morality and manners of machinery manufacturing and trade,
he has left the active bussiness life.
Çelikel Company bears the right proud of working as close friend
of bakers by manufacturing classical type dough kneeding
machines for Turkhisbread production since the year 1958.
Çelikel Company, which renovates itself in order to be adapted
with day to day developing technology, continues to manufacture
at it's uncoreved factory area of 25.000 square meter and
covered area of 2.000 square meter.
Çelikel Company has registered and obtained the patent rights of
the machines developed by the company. Furthermore, the company
deceloped new machine models such as 2 new separate models of
dough kneeding machines with spiral and forked arms, mixer type
dough kneeding machines with planet cap, the company has been
