Dough kneading
machines with forked arms have been
designed in a best convenient way with respext to
the dough kneading technology. This
machine, which has been manufactured
as with moving tank, is a silent and powerful
machine due to the working with its gear sets.
It's tank and forked arms have been
manufactured by using 304 quality
inox (stainless steel) material per the rules
and regulations of foodstuffs. It has got two
different revulution speeds and it
works manual or automatically. It
has been designed such that the kneading
and operation periods of the machine can be
arranged to any determined time-schedule by means of
the time-setting units placed on its
body. When the kneading operation is
completed., the cap opens and
moves upward automatically and the
tank seperates from the locking
system. Due to the moving action of the tank,
it is possible to use more than one tanks for this
machine.
